What you will do

  • Assist with the administration and execution of people operations processes, including employee onboarding, offboarding, and internal transfers;
  • Keep HR documentation well-organized and up-to-date;
  • Assist in organizing virtual and in-person events to foster a positive work environment and company culture;
  • Coordinate payments for different engagement activities;
  • Assist with various ad hoc tasks and projects as directed by the People Operations Manager. This may include researching best practices, people’s on-site orientation, and contributing to HR initiatives as the company grows.

Must haves

  • Previous experience in cooperating with people as an HR/HR assistant or in other administrative roles;
  • Sense of ownership;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Enthusiasm for working in a collaborative team environment and fostering a positive workplace culture;
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail;
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and improving processes;
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace/Microsoft Office Suite;
  • Upper-Intermediate English.
