What you will do

  • Manage the technical interviewing process for all clients including interviewers’ assignments and platform management;
  • Work with different tools: Calendly, Codility, AgileEngine LaunchPod, etc.;
  • Maintain and establish fluid communication with the process stakeholders (Recruiters, Interviewers, Hiring Managers);
  • Collaborate with other departments to achieve our goals.

Must haves

  • 1-2 years of experience managing hiring processes in software development companies;
  • Great attention to detail is a must;
  • Hands-on experience working in G Suite;
  • Good understanding of the hiring process in software development companies;
  • Highly developed listening and communication skills;
  • Upper-Intermediate level of English and above;
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Nice to haves

  • Experience with Google tools (e.g., Sheets, LookerStudio);
  • Ability to show quick results.
