Health and Social Care Level 2 and 3

Position:
Position: Personal Tutor (Remote, with in-person observations in Somerset)
Salary: Up to £30,000 + performance-related bonuses
Hours: 36.5 hours a week (Monday to Friday)
As a Personal Tutor, you'll manage a caseload of learners, provide progressive visits and observations, and support their success in achieving HSC Level 2 and 3 qualifications. You’ll work with a sophisticated LMS system to monitor progress and collaborate with our Learning Support team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver innovative, impactful teaching and learning
- Motivate learners to achieve their work-based qualifications
- Manage a diverse caseload of learners across HSC levels 4/5
- Build strong relationships with learners and employers
- Provide valuable feedback to enhance learner development
Requirements:
What our ideal applicant has:
- Minimum of Level 3 Assessor (CAVA, TAQA, D32, A1, V1)
- Teaching qualification (AET, PTTLS)
- Level 3 qualifications within the Health & Social Care sector
- Experience of delivering outstanding teaching and learning
- Experience of managing a diverse caseload
- Knowledge and experience of EPA
- Access to a car and able to travel for in person learner observations, 1:1s and team meetings
