DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES | About the role

We are in search of a dedicated Project Management Office (PMO) Manager to join our Global IT team. Your primary objective is to ensure global efficiency in IT delivery processes, appropriate visibility and governance across the portfolio for all stakeholders, and the alignment of IT initiatives with broader business objectives.

In addition, you will oversee the development and implementation of a comprehensive quality framework, ensuring that quality standards, processes, and metrics are embedded within all aspects of IT delivery. This includes defining best practices, supporting project managers and scrum masters, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement across IT teams.

You will collaborate closely with business process owners, IT project managers, scrum masters, leadership teams, and other departments to ensure delivery excellence and quality governance. Responsibilities will include owning PMO processes and tools, developing and maintaining quality metrics and dashboards, enabling the identification and mitigation of risks, providing training and guidance to project teams, and championing alignment between IT delivery and organizational priorities.

Responsibilities:

PMO management:

  • Lead the deployment of PMO processes to Global IT teams, ensuring effective adoption and alignment with organizational priorities.
  • Develop and govern a quality framework to ensure consistent standards and processes are applied across all IT projects.
  • Oversee the rollout of the capacity management and time-tracking tools in JIRA, ensuring successful implementation and user engagement.
  • Maintain and evolve governance around capacity management, enabling cross-team visibility and optimization of resources
  • Define, implement, and govern a centralized initiative register in Confluence or JIRA to track:
    • Current and future projects.
    • Associated risks and mitigations.
    • Learnings and best practices.
  • Provide training, coaching, and support to teams on PMO tools, methodologies, and processes to ensure effective adoption.

Quality of delivery and governance:

  • Design and implement a quality framework that standardizes practices across Global IT.
  • Develop a testing framework to guide and structure testing for all test types, including functional, integration, performance, and user acceptance.
  • Define and implement metrics and KPIs to monitor and report on quality performance, ensuring transparency and continuous improvement.
  • Establish and promote quality governance practices, such as regular audits, reviews, and adherence to best practices.
  • , assess, and mitigate risks that may impact IT project delivery or compromise quality standards. Develop risk management strategies and contingency plans to ensure resilience.
  • Drive alignment between IT delivery and broader business objectives, fostering collaboration and integration between IT and business functions to maximize value creation.


Continuous Improvement:

  • Work with stakeholders to enhance and refine PMO tools and processes based on feedback and lessons learned.
  • Foster collaboration between IT and business teams to align initiatives with organizational goals and drive value creation.
  • Lead retrospectives to capture and integrate lessons learned into both the centralized register and organizational practices.
  • Stay informed about industry best practices and innovations, incorporating them into PMO and quality frameworks.


QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE | About you

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, IT, or related field (preferred).


Experience:

  • /project management roles, preferably within IT or technology sectors, including some references to some international experience (must have)
  • Experience deploying or managing tools like JIRA and Confluence.
  • Proven ability to design and govern frameworks for delivery quality and testing. Skills:
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills to manage cross-functional teams and processes.
  • Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., JIRA) and collaborative platforms (e.g., Confluence).
  • Excellent communication skills to engage with stakeholders across geographies, demonstrating customer centric mindset.
  • Ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner


ADDITIONAL INFORMATION | What you need to know

  • Role based either in France or Spain:
    • France: at Exclusive Networks HQ, 20 quai du point du jour, Boulogne-Billancourt.
    • Spain : Exclusive Networks Espana, Cale de Arturo Soria, 336, Madrid


Possibility to work remotely several days per week. Occasional travels could be needed.

  • English is a must have, and additional (European) language a plus
  • Working permit allowing to work in Spain or France
