Job Title: Head of Information Security

Location: Indonesia

Work Arrangement: Remote

Reporting Line: Chief Operating Officer

Influx is looking to hire a Head of Information Security to:

• Enhance Influx’s cyber security
• Increase clients' confidence through Influx information & data security.
• Create new value through added cybersecurity products and/or services.

Our company provides flexible and scalable customer support teams for clients in 15 countries.

We partner with companies like Linktree, Blenders Eyewear, and Saturn to support the maintenance and improvement of their customer service.

In this role, you will be responsible for the entire company’s security function.

You will report to the Chief Operating Officer (COO) and work with a small but mighty executive and leadership group.

This role is a 100% work-from-home opportunity;

we have been operating remotely for the past 10 years with 1000+ staff distributed globally.

Ideally, You Have:

• 8+ years of working experience in the IT security industry.
• 5+ years of management-level experience in IT security.
• Exceptional written and verbal skills in English.
• Strong understanding of IT governance, risk management, and compliance.
• Ability to lead policy development and implementation across the organization.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills to clients & stakeholders at all levels.
• Strong systemizer traits.
• Ability to promote company-wide information security design practices, policies, and control frameworks.
• Open-mindedness and willingness to work with people from various cultures and ways of life.
