The Role:

As an Enterprise Business Development Manager, you’ll lead efforts to identify, engage, and secure new Enterprise clients. You'll drive outreach, prospecting, and solution sales while collaborating with global leadership to refine our value proposition and delivery strategy.


What You’ll Bring:

  • Experience: 3-5 years in Enterprise solution sales, BPO, SaaS, or customer management services.
  • Expertise: Proven track record of engaging C-level stakeholders and closing large Enterprise deals.
  • Skills: Exceptional communication and relationship-building across phone, email, video calls, and LinkedIn.
  • Mindset: A self-starter with strong commercial acumen who thrives in dynamic, fast-paced environments.


Core Responsibilities:

  • Drive New Business Development: Identify and pursue high-value Enterprise opportunities, develop tailored sales strategies, and build a robust sales pipeline.
  • Manage the Enterprise Sales Pipeline: Nurture prospects through the full sales cycle—from discovery to proposal, negotiation, and closing.
  • Lead Client Presentations & Negotiations: Engage with clients from procurement to C-suite, prepare proposals, SOWs, and pricing submissions.
  • Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work with internal teams to ensure client solutions are feasible, compliant, and aligned with operational capabilities.
  • Deliver Tangible Results: Secure high-value Enterprise partnerships, ensure seamless handover to Delivery teams, and track progress in HubSpot CRM.
