As a PMI Project Manager, you will play a key role in the DP World i28 Program, aligning with our vision to become a leading end-to-end logistics solutions provider in Europe. You will oversee post-merger integration activities, ensuring smooth transitions and successful project outcomes, while helping to further enhance the PMI process within DP World for future acquisitions.

How you will contribute:

• Lead the creation and execution of post-merger integration plans across multiple business functions (Sales, Operations, HR, Legal, IT, etc.).

• Collaborate closely with stakeholders, including DP World’s Business Development team, Business Owner(s), PMI Program Director, and workstream leaders, to ensure alignment and seamless integration.

• Coordinate and manage integration projects, focusing on achieving milestones such as Day 1, Day 100, and the final target state of the integration.

• Oversee project governance, monitoring, reporting, and communication in line with the PMI Program requirements.

• Proactively identify and manage risks, issues, and dependencies to ensure successful project delivery.

• Provide leadership, training, and support to project teams from both DP World and the acquired company.

• 5-10 years of experience in project and program management, particularly with Post Merger Integration (PMI).

• Strong understanding of project management methodologies such as PMP, Prince2, Agile, and SCRUM.

• Experience within the Logistics & Supply Chain Management industry.

• Fluency in English (professional level) is required; proficiency in additional European languages like French/German is a plus.

• Expertise in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Monday.com, Jira).
