TERRITORY MANAGER URO/GYNAECO


Position

  • You are responsible for the sales of surgical medical equipment and disposables, more specific in the Urology & Gynecology domain for the region Antwerp and East- & West-Flanders
  • The producto portfolio is highly innovative and includes lasers systems, ureteroscopes, laparoscopes,…
  • You give support and product information towards health care pofessionals (nurses, surgeons, biotechnicians, hospital pharmacies, purchasing departments …) in the fields of gynecology and urology.
  • You give advice within the operating theatre during surgeries.
  • You analyze the customer’s needs in order to propose the correct product and technical solutions.
  • You prepare and negotiate offers, customized to the customer.
  • You attend demonstrations, fairs and congresses.
  • You are responsible for your own planning and follow-up of customer visits.
  • You keep your eyes open to get to know the market, products and competition.
  • You are responsible for prospecting and the realization of your commercial targets.
  • During your onboarding, you are intensively trained on the products so you can build up technical knowledge and expertise in the portfolio, in order to assure and reinforce the company market share.
  • You can count on the know-how and coaching of the Sales Director to whom you report.


Profile


  • Master’s or Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 4 years of commercial experience.
  • Preferably knowledge of hospital environment and healthcare trends.
  • Experience with tender processes is an asset.
  • Fluent user of MS Office and CRM systems.
  • Your mother tongue is Dutch, you are fluent in English. A profesional knowledge of French is an extra asset.
  • You are a commercial expert with a strong drive for results and strong negotiation skills.
  • You are able to analyze, segment, and target key accounts, as well as maintain existing customer loyalty while prospecting for new clients.
  • You are resilient and can cope with failure.
