Position:

We are looking for a highly skilled Marketing Automation Specialist to join our dynamic marketing team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of marketing automation platforms and a proven track record of creating, managing, and optimizing automated marketing campaigns. You will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies that drive engagement, lead generation, and customer retention through automated marketing processes. You will also be responsible for analyzing campaign performance, generating reports, and making data-driven decisions to improve future campaigns. The successful candidate will be detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and have a passion for staying up-to-date with the latest marketing trends and technologies. Responsibilities

  • Create, manage and optimize marketing automation platforms and campaigns.
  • Analyze campaign performance and generate reports and make data-driven decisions to improve campaigns.
  • Monitor and maintain data quality within the marketing database.
  • Segment audiences and tailor campaigns accordingly.
  • Provide training and support to team members on marketing automation tools.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements.
  • Ensure compliance with data protection regulations.
  • Manage lead scoring and nurturing processes.
  • Develop and maintain documentation for marketing automation processes.
  • Assist in the development of marketing strategies and plans.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in marketing automation.
  • Proficiency with marketing automation platforms (e.g., Pardot, Marketing Cloud).
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis tools.
  • Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).
  • Knowledge of email marketing best practices.
  • Familiarity with HTML/CSS for email template creation.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Experience with A/B testing and campaign optimization.
  • Understanding of lead scoring and nurturing processes.
  • Knowledge of data protection regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA).
