Responsibilities

  • Agents receive calls from stores and onsite technicians.
  • Agents will also perform various checks and try to resolve issues remotely.
  • Agents need to keep all incidents updated in a timely manner, inform customers of their status when needed via tickets or phone, escalate issues as need might be.
