THE POSITION 

The Payment Processor will communicate with clients to process and collect delinquent payments on their Extended Home Warranties. Also, you will be responsible for reviewing payment request that comes for accuracy and making sure that the account balances out correctly.

• Quick recruitment process through video calls. 

• Pay rate: MXN 93.00 an hour 

• Monthly Potential bonus:  Average performer: MXN $5,500 | Top performer: MXN $9,250 (uncapped commissions according to performance)

WHAT YOU BRING: 

• High English Proficiency 

• 2 years of experience in collections 

• Self-driven 

• Great communication skills 

• Money-driven 

• Workspace: A quiet space to work, an internet connection of at least 30 Mbps download | 10 Mbps upload. 

• Equipment: a laptop (or a desktop computer) and an internet connection that meet our minimum requirements.
