THE POSITION  

In this role the Sales Representative will call homebuyers who received a 90-day warranty at inspection. 

 

Your core responsibility will be to upsell an annual home warranty that will cover the repair or replacement of homeowners' most vital home systems and appliances. This relationship will be ongoing with the homeowner through the pre and post-move-in process. In the future, we will offer additional homeowners' services. 

 

You will receive remote onboarding training and ongoing call coaching and feedback. This is a remote position and you must be able to work remotely without interruption for at least 8 hours per day. You will have the opportunity to have a major impact on our company and our product.

WHAT YOU DO  

  • Make outbound calls from our calling queue 

  • Manage and document the sales process in our CRM tool 

  • Evaluate consumer’s financial needs and identify where our services can help 

  • Use a script to help guide each call and sell our service 

WHAT TO EXPECT:

Training: paid initial training, as well as ongoing training to help you develop in your role and career.

Work/Life Balance: This is a 100% remote job, which means no more time wasted in traffic! Spend more time at home, where your family needs you! 

Pay rate: MXN $85.00 pesos an hour

Monthly Potential bonus: Entry-level performer from MXN $2,775 to MXN $3,700 | Average performer: from MXN $7,400 to MXN $8,000

Career path:

  • On 3rd month: if the agent is dialing properly and has at least 4–5 sales per pay period and no major attendance issues, we will increase it to MXN $97.00 per hour

  • On 7th month: There is an opportunity of getting an increase to MXN $103.00 per hour, based on results.

  • On 11th month:  There is an opportunity of getting an increase to MXN $111.00 per hour, based on results.

  • Prior closing and sales experience
