    • Automated tools for merging models & enabling BIM collaboration
    • Tools for managing models with options & elevations and automatic generation of site-solved models.
    • Embeddable components for viewing and manipulating models in other software tools.

  • You will be responsible for our overall 3D Development strategy, including collaboration with our 3D Modeling stakeholders (internal and external) while providing customized outputs to each of our customers.
  • You will develop strong and collaborative relationships across the organization. This will be key to your success. You will be responsible for working with a peer team of SMEs, including internal and external stakeholders to identify, prioritize, design, and roll out improvements to the products and services offered by the 3D Modeling team.
  • You’re capable of creating a roadmap for your product/service, which includes building requirements, prioritizing backlog items, and giving direction to developers.
  • You are responsible for ensuring resources within these teams are hired, trained, delivering quality work, while monitoring the health of the operations. This will include designing, implementing, and refining strategies to mitigate any risks related to project delivery.
  • You will leverage data and your team of technical and operations resources to identify improvement opportunities, bottlenecks & different factors impacting production costs, turnaround time, and quality.
  • You will establish the monitoring strategy around KPI’s and work with the Data Team to build reporting.
  • You are responsible for the full P&L for your department, including forecasting of capacity required to deliver our services and reporting on actuals.
