Core Duties

We are looking for a professional and experienced product manager with a passion for the market-facing aspects of the role. This position will have responsibility for and executing the product roadmap for one or more of Patra’s leading-edge technology products and solutions. This position will collaborate with the product & engineering teams to drive the overall execution for the complete product lifecycle.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Product Execution: partner with engineering teams to deliver against roadmap priorities.
  • Prioritize feature backlog & lead refinement sessions with engineering teams
  • Build relationships with internal and external clients and be the voice of the customer when building our product roadmap priorities
  • Manage product roadmap for 1 or more assigned products
  • Organize product releases and client communication
  • Define product requirements at the feature/user story level
  • Partner with design team to create “lovable” experiences for our users.

Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience, required
  • 3+ years of SaaS/ cloud-based product management experience required
  • Significant experience in product lifecycle management & working in an agile environment
  • Customer success/support experience is a plus
  • Insurance industry experience a plus.

Knowledge, Skills And Abilities

  • Proven ability to work with information technology and product development organizations
  • Strong understanding of modern product management principles and frameworks
  • Experience with modern development stacks and Scaled Agile product development methodologies
  • Strategic thinker with a bias towards action, experimentation and iterative improvement
  • Ability to be creative strategically and hands-on technically - willing to roll up sleeves with engineering at times
  • Establish strong and collaborative working relationships with multiple functions across the organization
  • Quantitative skills with ability to analyze and package/present data for decision-making
  • Strong ability to execute
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
