We are seeking a Director of Product Management - HRIS to lead the strategic direction of our Human Resources Information System (HRIS) products for the North American public sector market (US & Canada). The ideal candidate will have deep domain expertise in HR, Benefits, Payroll, and Time & Attendance, with a strong customer-centric approach to product development. You will be instrumental in expanding and modernizing our offerings to deliver a refreshed and seamless user experience.

What You Will Do

  • Strategic Leadership : Develop and communicate a clear product vision and strategy for the Human Management Information System, aligning with NEOGOV's overall business objectives and market demands.
  • Product Development : Oversee the entire product lifecycle, from ideation to launch, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery of new features and enhancements.
  • Market Analysis : Continuously conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and threats, and use this information to inform product decisions.
  • Customer Focus: Collaborate with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders to gather feedback and insights, ensuring that our Talent Management System meets their needs and exceeds expectations.
  • Team Management: Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of product managers, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, sales, marketing, support, and customer success teams to ensure alignment and effective execution of product initiatives.
  • Performance Metrics: Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of the portfolio of products and make data-driven decisions.

  • Effective Communicator: Outstanding communication and presentation skills, capable of articulating complex concepts to diverse audiences.
