NPC Benefits, an Alera Group company, is looking for a
Senior Account Manager.
Based in Atlanta, Georgia, NPC Benefits was initially founded in 1991 as National Planning Consultants, a specialty provider of supplemental disability insurance plans for large employers. Today, NPC works jointly with group benefit consultants and other insurance professionals to bring the most innovative supplemental income protection concepts and products to large employers and associations, using proprietary enrollment communications and technology.

Responsibilities
- Establish enrollment timeframes, build pre-enrollment project plans, and organize tasks with clear responsibilities and deadlines
- Act as the primary contact between client HR teams and insurance carriers to ensure seamless communication
- Present live Zoom webinars, conduct employee engagement sessions, and schedule weekly calls to keep projects on track
- Develop custom websites, enrollment materials, and ensure accuracy of carrier rate files
- Provide call center and email support while using tools like Excel/Word merge for communications
- Conduct daily reporting on active enrollments, complete quality reviews of materials, and update metrics
- Perform marketing outreach, create case studies, and design PowerPoint presentations for finalist reviews and partner demos
Qualifications
- Minimum of 10+ years of individual disability enrollment experience required
- Active Life & Health Insurance license required
- Intermediate to expert experience in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Adobe
Benefits
This position is fully remote within the Eastern or Central time zones.
The salary range for this position is $100,000-$115,000, depending on experience.
