Job description

Cetera Financial Group (CFG) is searching for a Director, Enterprise Recruiting Operations who will be accountable for driving execution and constant improvement of programs, processes, and partnerships managed by the Center with the end goal of achieving business development and Cetera organic growth goals.


What you will do:


  • Partner closely with Channel Leaders, Recruiting Leaders, and their teams to deliver business development results as measured by key performance indicators and achievement of goals.
  • Accountable for the management of agreements & relationships with third-party recruiters including funnel quality & quantity, ensuring Cetera’s value proposition is understood & lived into, and the Center of Excellence Team’s successful day-to-day management of escalations (e.g., lead acceptance, lead Quality, lead credit).
  • Accountable for the execution and continuous improvement of Home Office Visits.
  • Partner with Demand Center Leadership in the design, execution, and continuous improvement of lead conversions, acceptances, and pipeline flow into Channel Business Development teams.
  • Accountable for providing a global Cetera view and the resulting reporting, analysis & ongoing recommendations (for solutions, improvement & enhancements) to Center of Excellence remits including pre-affiliation and lead flow.
  • Responsible for ongoing evaluation of QRE results & performance for purposes of continued funding and/or improvements to QRE programs and participant engagement.
  • Accountable for the delivery of business development program training for key Cetera growth meetings.


What you need to have:


  • Bachelor’s Degree.
  • Minimum 10 years of Advisor Recruiting and/or Sales Operations.
  • Series 7 License Required.
  • Previous People Management Experience.


What is nice to have:


  • FINRA Series 24 & 66.


Travel Requirement:


  • Up to 50% for recruiting events, engagements with large enterprises, face-to-face recruiting meetings, and Cetera events.


Compensation:


The base annual salary range for this role is $150,000 - $180,000 plus annual bonus potential. Base annual salary depends on a wide array of factors, including but not limited to skill set, years and depth of experience, certifications, and location. Base annual salary may also differ significantly due to geography and cost of labor considerations.
