About the role:

The ideal candidate will be comfortable meeting new people frequently and have the ability to determine a candidate's potential through clever questions. We are looking for someone with an excellent organizational skills in order to build and maintain a pipeline of prospective candidates. Hiring for all types of roles - Business, Marketing, Operations, and Sales will be needed for the niche investment immigration industry.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and develop a pipeline of eligible candidates for future open positions
  • Handle the recruitment process from beginning to end by posting ads, reviewing candidates, and conducting interviews with the support of the HR Manager
  • Conduct cold outreach to find the best candidates
  • Qualify or reject candidates based on interview feedback and resume reviews Serve as the contact person for questions from candidates

Qualifications:

  • 2-4 years of experience in recruitment, covering all fields: business, sales, marketing, etc
  • Effective communication skills
  • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
  • Experience working with a LinkedIn recruiter and other recruiting software.
  • Experience working in ATS programs
