Responsibilities of the Motion Designer:

Your responsibilities include:

🎬 Motion Design & Animation

• Create dynamic motion graphics, including titles, supers, explainer animations, and social content.
• Translate storyboards and creative direction into engaging and effective motion graphics.
• Implement sound and visual effects to enhance storytelling and overall production value.
• Work with pre-created assets to add motion and animation, ensuring consistency with brand guidelines.

📊 Project & Task Management

• Prioritize tasks effectively and manage multiple client projects simultaneously.
• Communicate proactively with the team regarding progress, challenges, and deadlines.
• Adapt to last-minute changes and incorporate client/internal feedback seamlessly.

📢 Research & Innovation

• Stay updated on industry trends, animation techniques, and content marketing innovations.
• Bring fresh, creative ideas to enhance motion graphics and design processes.

Must-Have Skills & Experience:

• ✅ 2-4 years of motion design experience, preferably in a digital marketing agency.
• ✅ Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (After Effects, Illustrator, Photoshop).
• ✅ Strong understanding of design principles (composition, color theory, typography).
• ✅ Ability to work with keyframes, null objects, After Effects scripting, compositing, and 3D space.
• ✅ Exceptional communication skills, ability to take feedback, and implement revisions efficiently.
• ✅ Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks effectively.
• ✅ Positive, humble, and collaborative team player with a solutions-based mindset.

Bonus Skills (Nice-to-Have, but Not Required) :

• 🌟 Experience with Cinema 4D or Blender for advanced motion graphics.
• 🌟 Familiarity with project management tools (ClickUp, Slack, Dropbox).
