Purpose Of Job

The Appraisal Onboarding & Integration Specialist is responsible for maintaining and building relationships with newly onboarded clients. The Appraisal Support & Integration Specialist assists with onboarding, new account management and special projects for clients.

Responsibilities

Essential Tasks:

  • Assist in the on-boarding of business partners
  • Obtaining & maintaining current client contracts
  • Completion of business partners requests for information
  • Assist in data mapping between client systems and internal platforms to ensure data consistency
  • Support system configuration changes based on client and internal team member requirements
  • Provide initial troubleshooting for integration issues and serve as a point of contact for technical queries during onboarding
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to relay client integration feedback and suggest improvements or new features to enhance processes
  • Regularly update internal teams and clients on the status of integration changes or configuration requests, ensuring all parties are informed
  • Completion of due diligence packages
  • Providing and monitoring state licensing
  • Project management of business partner integrations
  • Observation of client orders during launch period
  • Maintenance of client fee schedules
  • Assist with auditing fulfillment requests
  • Assist w/ client escalated issues
  • Other duties as assigned
  • Regular attendance is a requirement
