Job description

Currently, we're looking for Communications Specialist for startup ecosystem - TRMNL4 (part of Genesis group).

TRMNL4 is а platform that helps startups, investors, and corporations meet and find the most effective ways to collaborate through accelerators, events, and other initiatives.

We’ve helped over 200 startups from 25 countries attract $16M in investments and gain free access to top experts from Meta, Snapchat, Amazon, Spotify, and Bolt.

About You

  • 1.5+ years of experience in PR or communications. Experience with international markets is a big plus.
  • Strong spoken and written English. You’ll be constantly communication with and meeting international partners and media. Not just writing emails.
  • Excellent writing skills for diverse audiences. From crafting a playful social media post to preparing serious reports for investors, you’ll need to adapt your tone.

Your main task will be to manage such channels as:

  • Social media pages for TRMNL4 and our largest projects, like Startup Academy and Traction Builder.
  • Email digest with over 8,000 readers from the tech ecosystem.
  • Internal startup community, ensuring it remains engaged and vibrant.
  • Events: supporting the organization of our own events and making the most of our trips to conferences.
  • Partnerships with tech communities worldwide, finding ways to collaborate and expand our network.
  • Media relations: not just sending press releases but building long-term relationships with media outlets, co-creating stories, and sharing our expertise.
