What You Will Contribute:

Field Service Engineers are responsible for providing install and repair work of our portfolio of products You will be working on the full range of Ati and s::can water quality monitors, fixed gas detection monitors and flow meters. Full and comprehensive product training will be provided, so applicants are welcome from Service Engineers from a broad array of industry sectors but water industry background is preferred.

Main Tasks

  • Support and advice for users and resellers on the installation and operation of measuring instruments
  • Commissioning as well as service and maintenance work on site
  • Analysis of measurement data
  • Working with measuring instruments in-house for testing purposes
  • Software-supported documentation and tracking of support cases and projects
  • Building relationships with customers
  • Providing training on site with end users
  • Service report writing
  • ability to share best practice with the team.

Requirements

Technical:

  • Sound completed electrical electronic education (NVQ, HNC/HND essential)
  • Several years of professional experience in field support and service role
  • Water and gas knowledge desirable

Personal:

  • Structured and pro-active way of working
  • Excellent customer Service skills
  • Excellent and evidenced problem-solving skills
  • Flexibility and willingness to travel
  • Advanced communication skills and confident appearance
  • willing to work remotely
