About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Operations Systems Analyst to join our team. This role will be responsible for designing, implementing and maintaining our internal operational planning system using low code / no code solutions, while also analyzing and solving key business needs related to production schedules, performance measurement, and operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will have a strong ability to structure complex and ambiguous data, develop innovative solutions, and translate user requirements into actionable business processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and optimize our internal operational planning system using low code / no code platforms (e.g., Asana, Coda).
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand stakeholder needs, particularly in areas like production scheduling and performance tracking.
  • Analyze and structure complex datasets, identifying novel ways to solve operational challenges.
  • Develop clear, structured workflows and processes that improve operational efficiency.
  • Translate customer and stakeholder requirements into actionable business processes, probing deeper into needs to uncover root issues.
  • Continuously improve and adapt the operational systems to meet evolving business needs.
  • Provide data-driven insights and recommendations for decision-making and performance optimization.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

  • Strong experience with low-code/no-code platforms (e.g., Asana, Coda, Mapsly) for system design and process automation.
  • Experience with Python and/or SQL
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate and structure ambiguous and complex datasets.
  • Demonstrated ability to understand and address stakeholder needs related to operational and production processes.
  • Strong communication and critical thinking skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders and translate needs into technical requirements.
  • A mindset for innovation and continuous improvement, with a keen eye for identifying operational efficiencies.
  • Familiarity with production schedules, performance measurement, and business operations.
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills, capable of managing multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
  • Able to work remotely and coordinate effectively with a fully remote workforce
  • Excellent English written and verbal communication skills
  • Interested in technology and the drone space. Any type of drone experience or knowledge of UAV operations and regulations is a plus!
