$84,400.00-$126,600.00 Annual
This is the base salary pay range that an applicant can expect to make upon hire. Pay within this range will vary based upon relevant experience, skills, and education among other factors. In addition, this position is eligible for an incentive bonus.
The purpose of the Business Information and Pricing Specialist’s role is to create high quality data to support the SAP order entry, billing, and subsequent business reporting functions. The position’s areas of responsibility is focused on SAP Pricing, Customer and associated SAP master data primarily supporting the Building Insulation business of IS. The role exercises oversight of pricing and customer master approval processes. Under general direction, this role is responsible for identifying and implementing process improvements as it relates to SAP master data, communicate to impacted users, ensure user adoption and identify corrective actions if necessary. Conducts testing and system validation to troubleshoot issues related to pricing and sales order master data and recommends methods to strengthen data integrity, quality and availability across the enterprise. This position works closely with Account Management Customer Service and Product Management to ensure master data is submitted, and executed in SAP in a timely and accurate manner.

What You Bring to the Team:
- Analyze, Create and maintain new Pricing and Customer master records in SAP as required
- Manage pricing for multiple IS businesses, including but not limited to Building Insulation
- Manage announced IS price increases for IS division
- Manage Spray Foam Parts material master requests and create Spray Foam parts in SAP
- Facilitate mass requests using Winshuttle
- Measure end-to-end process time for master data updates and drive adherence to set service levels
- Provide data extracts and analysis reporting to business users as required
- Develop and analyze data quality reports and prescribe corrective actions as required
- Communicate with Data Stakeholders on importance of high-quality master data
- Drive IS data related projects as required to improve business efficiencies as it relates to pricing, customer and associated SAP order to cash processes
- May be required to perform other related duties as assigned
Your Day-to-Day:
- Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 3 years ERP Master data experience, SAP preferred
- Strong accuracy and attention to detail
- Demonstrated experience of ERP Sales and Distribution Modules, SAP Preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
- Proven analytical, organizational, multitasking and decision-making skills
- Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
- Demonstrated problem resolution and negotiation skills
- Minimal travel required (0 – 10 days per year)
- Work environment is typical of an office setting
- Hybrid work schedule, with 2 days work from home and 3 days in the office either at our Littleton, CO or Denver, CO office.
