The Impact You’ll Make in this Role

As a member of Tax Planning team, you will work in a dynamic environment on various projects and workstreams as needed. You will implement new processes and procedures as identified by the team and stakeholders to ensure continuous improvements and adherence to evolving tax laws and regulations.

As a Tax Planning Analyst, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:

  • Performing tax research and prepare FIN 48 and other tax memos and documentation.
  • Providing tax support to Solventum internal functions for various projects (e.g., Legal, Insurance, Treasury, Payroll, Employee Benefits, Pension), including coordination of external advisors where necessary.
  • Providing tax support for tax audits and litigation.
  • Participating in opportunities for involvement in M&A, supply chain planning, and other projects as they arise.

  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher from (completed and verified prior to start) from an accredited institution; and minimum of three (3) years of Corporate, U.S. Federal Tax experience in a private, public, government or military environment,
