Job description

This is a remote position.

Job Highlights:

Contract: Independent Contractor

Schedule:

  • 20 hours per week or 4 hours per day
  • Monday - Friday
  • Flexible anytime between 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM Sydney Time 

About the Role
We're hiring a detail-oriented Digital Marketing Assistant to manage our comprehensive digital marketing strategy. The ideal candidate will be a tech-savvy professional with proven experience in content creation, social media management, and digital marketing.


Responsibilities:
  • Write SEO-optimized blog posts / contents using tools like ChatGPT, Rank Math, or Yoast SEO.
  • Manage social media accounts on Instagram, Pinterest, and TikTok
  • Design high quality graphics for social media and digital products using Canva
  • Develop and execute email marketing campaigns using platforms like Mailchimp or ConvertKit.
  • Manage affiliate marketing links and strategies
  • Perform basic design and plugin management (Elementor, WP Rocket) in WordPress
  • Track website performance via Google Analytics
  • Create simple faceless videos for TikTok using tools like InShot or CapCut
  • Add AI voiceovers and captions to videos
  • Create engaging content across multiple platforms


Requirements

  • 1-2 years digital marketing experience
  • Proficiency in WordPress, Canva, Hootsuite/Tailwind, ChatGPT, Google Analytics, Mailchimp/ConvertKit, Pinterest,Affiliate marketing platforms (Amazon Associates, ShareASale, EarthHero, etc.)
  • Technical Skills in SEO content writing, Social media management, Graphic design, Email marketing, Basic video editing, Keyword research
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Strong and proactive communication and efficient time management
  • Creative content generation
  • Independent problem-solving
  • Proven portfolio of SEO blog posts, social media campaigns, Digital product designs (eBooks, templates, etc.). APPLICANTS MUST SUBMIT PORTFOLIOS
  • Familiarity with eco-friendly or sustainability-focused niches (preferred but not mandatory).
