Gatekeeper is a SaaS-based, next-generation Vendor & Contract Lifecycle Management (VCLM) & Third Party Risk Management (TPRM) Solution. We help our customers to restore visibility of their vendor contracts, take control of their vendor and contract processes and safeguard compliance of their third parties.

Due to our strong global growth and recent private equity investment from Vista Equity Partners, we are looking for a collaborative and detail-oriented HR Generalist to help ensure the highest standard of HR services are delivered across our growing global team.


As HR Generalist, you will form part of a small and agile People Operations team and play a key role in supporting staff across multiple jurisdictions. You will work with a high degree of autonomy and have the opportunity to make a real impact on employee experience in a dynamic environment.


Note: This is a fully remote position, open to applicants based in the United Kingdom


In this role you will:


  • Support managers by providing guidance on a wide range of HR matters

  • Ensure the consistent application of People Operations processes across all areas of the business

  • Produce data driven reports to inform People Operations decision-making

  • Maintain employee data accuracy across all internal systems and employee records

  • Identify best practice, including opportunities to streamline and automate internal People Operations processes

  • Work with the Finance team and external payroll providers to inform and administer monthly payroll

  • Liaise with external providers to manage employee benefits

  • Respond to enquiries from our global teams

  • Contribute to and drive People Operations projects on an ad-hoc basis

  • Prepare contracts and other employee documentation

  • Manage references and other pre-employment checks

  • Manage onboarding, offboarding and mandatory training programmes

  • Support employee engagement & wellbeing initiatives 

Requirements
  • Passionate about employee experience and continuous improvement

  • Excellent communication skills, with an engaging, people-focused approach 

  • Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail

  • Experience in a similar role, with a highly distributed workforce (minimum of 3 years)

  • Commitment to managing sensitive employee data with the utmost discretion and integrity

  • A data-driven mindset with a solid understanding of People Operations metrics

  • Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

  • Strong stakeholder management skills with a focus on working collaboratively

  • Payroll experience would be highly beneficial
