The Role
As an Account Manager, you will use your exceptional interpersonal skills to drive growth and improve performance with our most strategic partners. You will be instrumental in the growth of these partnerships, manage departmental projects, and identify trends related to your brands. You’ll collaborate with both internal and external partners to build new business opportunities and ensure seamless integration in execution of business strategies.
Who You Are
- You have excellent written and verbal communication skills
- 3+ years of experience in Vendor and Supplier Management
- Proven ability to build and maintain customer relationships
- Strong skills in Excel and PowerPoint
- Strong knowledge of e-commerce platforms
- Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to support ideas
- Results-driven and tenacious
- Entrepreneurial spirit with a passion for retail and bringing ideas to market
What You’ll Do
- Develop business plans for vendors to drive profitable revenue
- Establish, build, and maintain strong relationships with vendor partners
- Manage the P&L for vendors to drive profitable revenue
- Oversee the vendor experience and facilitate communication with vendor-facing teams to resolve issues and roadblocks
- Collaborate with marketing team to improve performance on marketing and sales metrics across our channels
- Analyze market and competition to meet company expectations in driving sales, margin, and service levels from vendors
- Identify new external opportunities to grow and expand our eCommerce footprint into new programs, channels, and geographies
- Continuously monitor key metrics to develop a deep understanding of the eCommerce channel and drive continuous improvement and revenue growth
- Implement purchasing and sales agreements, including rebates, vendor compliance policies, and procedures
- Work closely with the merchandising department to ensure product catalogs are up-to-date, products are priced competitively, and products displayed are generating expected returns in sales and profits
- Seek sales opportunities by exploring all available marketing channels, including paid advertising, marketplaces, and other creative avenues to drive growth and profit
- Analyze competitive pricing and take action to increase gross profit margins
- Use data reporting to analyze vendor strategy and performance levels daily to ensure vendors meet company performance thresholds
- Define and deliver revenue targets (daily/weekly/monthly/quarterly/annually) for each vendor
- Oversee eCommerce documentation processes to ensure accuracy and structure
- Collaborate effectively with the management team to continuously improve the vendor experience

Compensation
The salary range for this role is between $70,000 and $80,000, depending on experience, skills, training, and organizational needs. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. We offer a comprehensive range of benefits, including:
