Senior Manager - ERP & Analytics

Position Summary

This role is a hybrid position. May telecommute (work from home) from within commuting distance from Huntersville, NC office 2 days per week, but work in-office at least 3 days per week.

 Key Responsibilities

•Serve as the internal subject matter expert for the Sage X3 ERP System. Lead and participate in the planning, execution, and monitoring of ERP system implementations and upgrades. 

•Implement data migration strategies from legacy systems to the Sage X3 ERP platform. 

•Evaluate and select suitable ERP solutions based on the organization's requirements. 

•Coordinate with vendors, consultants, and internal teams to ensure successful implementation and integration with existing systems. 

•Analyze business requirements and configure the ERP system to meet specific business needs. 

•Develop and maintain a knowledge base of standard operating procedures, technical documentation, process diagrams, training manuals or other material for support staff and end-users. 

•Conduct thorough testing of configurations, enhancements, and customizations to the ERP. 

•Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their processes and identify opportunities for improvement to the ERP system. 

•Ensure the accuracy, integrity, and security of data within the ERP system. 

•Develop and deliver training programs including documentation, presentations, video recordings, or other tutorials for end-users, ensuring they can effectively utilize the ERP system's core functionality and any customizations. 

•Provide ongoing support and assistance to end-users, addressing issues, and resolving system-related problems promptly. 

 Minimum Qualifications 

• Requires at least a bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Management or related field or foreign equivalent. 
• Requires four (4) years of software migration project management experience to include four (4) years: utilizing the Sage X3 ERP Platform, including its core modules, features, and functionality; two (2) years: project management experience including managing competing projects and priorities; utilizing analytical and problem-solving skills to make recommendations based on data points and employ tools like machine learning to enhance product replenishment model. 

Work M-F, 8a – 5pm with occasional weekend and evening work as needed based on project deadlines or urgent business needs such as service outages.
