Senior Consultant, Transformation Excellence

This is a 1099 position with the opportunity for full time. 

We are seeking a dynamic, self-motivated Senior Consultant to support key program plan and project workstreams implementing CCaaS and UCaaS capabilities. We are looking for a motivated individual who loves to translate business goals into technical solutions. Our Senior Consultant will LEAD (Learn, Educate, Align, and Deliver) key pieces of engagements to ensure alignment and understanding throughout transformational customer experience engagements for our clients.

Our Senior Consultant Will:

LMA (Lead – Manage – Accountability)

  • Provide best-in-class services for strategizing, planning, designing, and consulting cloud-based, CCaaS and UCaaS transformation initiatives.
  • Coordinate and deliver key activities such as business interviews, calendaring, note taking and consolidation, requirements planning, business case development, data collection, stakeholder interviews, and crisp communication.
  • Lead the creation and refinement of high-quality consulting deliverables, including presentations (PPT), spreadsheets (XLS), and documents (DOC), ensuring they meet the standards expected in top-tier consulting environments.
  • Manage client relationships and project timelines, providing support to Senior Managers and Directors to ensure project success.
  • Contribute to our business practices through new content creation, content revisions, training, methodology and toolkit development.

Client Documentation and Coordination

  • Be comfortable leading the coordination of key activities aligned to milestones on a team.
  • Partner and support leadership to prepare, edit and validate accuracy of client facing documentation.
  • Collaborate with and a cross functional team to create key workstream deliverables, usually in PPT, XLS, DOC, and Visio / LucidChart formats

Scope Coordination

  • Develop and own project plans, project documentation, engagement requirements, transformation execution, and maintain/monitor project resource allocation requirements.
  • Proactively contribute to discussions, proposing innovative solutiosn and approaches that support client objectives.
  • Demonstrate deep knowledge of both on-premise and cloud-based contact center solutions, including business strategies, technology trends, and key vendors in the marketplace.
  • Help clients understand and maximize the return of their cloud-based contact center technology investment.
  • Offer end-to-end consulting to our clients, including process analysis and design, requirements planning, business case development, analytics support and administration support.
  • Deliver engagements to the highest professional standards; to ensure client satisfaction with ACLIVITI and project outcomes.
  • Create clear and informative deliverables for client presentations.
  • Continuously educate yourself, clients, and the rest of the ACLIVITI team by leveraging our vendor partner ecosystem.
  • Continuously improve and refine ACLIVITI client success processes and consulting delivery approaches and project templates.
  • Own the internal management of all file locations, folder structure and approach to access of documents.

Our ideal candidate will:

  • Have 2-4 years of experience managing project plans for digital transformations within the CCaaS industry. “Big 5” consulting firm experience a plus.
  • Exhibits a strong understanding of business, IT, or strategy consulting, with a proven track record in a professional IT Consulting Firm
  • Have a strong understanding of a business, IT, or strategy consulting services firm’s sales and delivery processes from prior work history
  • Have cloud platform experience, CCaaS, and UCaaS.
  • Have an advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, especially with PowerPoint and Excel in business consulting contexts.
  • Have experience and understanding with financial business cases (PMP, Six Sigma, Lean and ITIL experience is a plus)
  • Demonstrate a high sense of urgency in delivering client outcomes.

  • Have formal education with a bachelor's degree or higher, or equivalent experience.
