About the Role

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Territory Sales Manager to drive commercial flooring sales across the Southeast region. This role is focused on business development and sales—you will not be responsible for estimating or project management.

In this role, you will build relationships with General Contractors, developers, architects, and key industry stakeholders to secure commercial flooring projects. You will own the sales process, from prospecting to closing, and work closely with our dedicated teams to ensure seamless project execution.


What You’ll Do

Business Development & Prospecting

  • Identify and target General Contractors, developers, and industry partners for commercial flooring projects
  • Proactively prospect and generate leads to grow market presence
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to win bids and secure contracts

Relationship Management & Client Engagement

  • Establish and nurture strong partnerships with industry decision-makers
  • Provide consultative solutions to align products with project needs
  • Foster trust and long-term collaboration to drive repeat business

Sales & Project Management

  • Manage the full sales cycle—from lead generation to contract negotiation and closing
  • Hand off awarded projects to our internal estimating and project management teams for execution
  • Stay informed on industry trends, competitive activity, and market opportunities

Territory Growth & Strategy

  • Expand market penetration and revenue growth across GA, FL, AL, SC, MS
  • Identify emerging opportunities in commercial real estate, hospitality, healthcare, and other key industries
  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions


Compensation & Benefits

Compensation: The expected base salary for this role is between $50,000 - $75,000, with an uncapped commission plan providing high earning potential. The actual starting salary will be determined based on location, job-related skills, experience, and education.

Requirements
  • Proven B2B sales experience in commercial flooring, construction, or related industries
  • Established relationships with General Contractors and industry stakeholders (preferred)
  • Strong ability to prospect, develop, and close large-scale commercial projects
  • Skilled in negotiation, networking, and consultative selling
  • Self-motivated and results-driven with excellent time management
  • Ability to travel across the Southeast territory as needed
