In this role, you'll collaborate with investors and sellers to negotiate property deals, leveraging your sales expertise to secure optimal terms and prices. Monday - Friday, 8:30AM - 5:00PM

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Cultivate and sustain strong client relationships

  • Conduct daily property assessments
  • Achieve or surpass weekly and monthly sales targets
  • Consistently meet daily KPIs
  • Collaborate with a team dedicated to your growth and success
  • No real estate license? We’ll assist you in obtaining one and cover the educational expenses!

PAY STRUCTURE


Twelve weeks of paid training at $20.00 per hour plus any commissions earned. Upon completion of training, the base pay is changed to $14.60 per hour against commission. Our top reps earn anywhere between $5,000 and $12,000 each month in commissions. We’ll review the commission structure in detail during the interview process.
