Role Summary
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Associate to support our sales team by generating and qualifying leads, maintaining CRM data accuracy, and providing essential administrative assistance. This role is ideal for a proactive individual eager to contribute to a fast-paced sales environment and grow their career in sales and business development.
In this remote role (Midwest preferred), you’ll play a vital part in building a strong sales pipeline, engaging with prospects, and supporting senior sales leaders. Key ResponsibilitiesLead Generation: Identify, research, and qualify potential leads building a robust sales pipeline.Prospect Outreach: Conduct initial contact with prospects via phone, email, and other channels, scheduling meetings for senior sales representatives.CRM Management: Maintain and update customer relationship management (CRM) records, ensuring all data is accurate and up-to-date.Sales Material Preparation: Assist in creating sales presentations, proposals, and other materials to support the sales process.Administrative Support: Provide organizational support, including coordinating follow-up communications and streamlining sales processes.Required QualificationsPassionate about selling.Strong organizational and multitasking skills.Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.A proactive approach to identifying and solving challenges.Experience in the Localization Industry preferredEducationBachelor’s degree in business preferred but relevant business and industry experience accepted in lieu of degree.List of Benefits
