Job description

Job Summary:
The Revenue Operations Analyst will play a pivotal role in providing actionable insight into the sales funnel and collaborating with Sales Enablement to support the Sales team development to best impact: pipeline growth, pipeline conversion, win/loss, and Enablement success metrics. This position requires a blend of analytical, technical, and communication skills to support the Sales team and Sales Enablement team with the company’s overall revenue goals.


Responsibilities:

  • Sales/Pipeline Analytics: Develop and maintain sales analytics reports and dashboards to provide insights into sales performance, trending, and areas of improvement.  Including data and analytics to support prospect targeting, conversion, and win ratios.
  • Sales Enablement Support: Support Sales Enablement with data and analysis from strategy through to execution and outcome, and delivering tools training
  • Collaboration: Work closely and align with sales leadership, sales enablement, and marketing to support sales enablement efforts.
  • Reporting: Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to provide insights into sales performance (and marketing performance on pipeline impact), key metrics, and outcomes for sales overall
  • Documentation: Work with the corporate training team, product marketing, and enablement team to create and maintain documentation on sales processes, policies, and relevant materials.


Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of proven experience in revenue or sales operations, sales enablement analysis, or a similar role.
  • Advanced Proficiency in sales tech stack – Salesforce, HubSpot, and Clari
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on data accuracy and process consistency.
