Our Sr. Manager, Digital Marketing Paid Social will focus on devising strategies to enhance visibility and lead generation on Social Media platforms for our Partner institutions. Leading a team of Specialists, you’ll develop and execute high impact, targeted campaigns across a number of universities and programs. This role requires cross-functional collaboration to support a diverse client portfolio. A solid understanding of Sales Funnels is essential to communicate strategies and performance insights effectively to internal and external stakeholders, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
You’ll be instrumental in establishing and refining processes for timely performance reporting and providing actionable recommendations. As the Senior Manager, your main responsibility is to grow lead volume and application starts across a managed portfolio of social channels.
As our Senior Manager, Digital Marketing Paid Social you will:Leadership & Team Management: Lead and mentor a team of three specialists, providing guidance in executing best in class Paid Social strategies and fostering professional growthStrategic Development: Design and implement comprehensive digital marketing campaigns designed for prospect generation and conversion funnel improvementsCross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the paid media team, creative teams, analytics, and planning to ensure cohesive and effective marketing execution across all platformsPerformance Analysis: Utilize analytics tools (e.g., Google, Meta, Linkedin Ads Managers) and data visualization tool (Tableau) to track campaign performance, interpret data, and derive actionable insights for continuous improvementPaid Social Optimization: In conjunction with your team, conduct audience research to ensure we’re targeting the highest quality candidates and create an ongoing testing process to challenge our best practicesPlatform Ownership: Own the relationships with Social Media vendors and be the go-to resource for training, troubleshooting, billing, etc. related to social media platformsCommunication & Reporting: Regularly communicate strategies, results, and optimization recommendations to General Managers and other internal and external stakeholders to inform business decisionsMarket Research: Analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and inform strategic directionYou have:5-7 years of digital marketing experiencePrior experience managing a team of Digital Marketing SpecialistsBachelor’s degree or equivalent certifications/experienceStrong foundational understanding of Social Media and Digital Marketing principles and recent updates in the industryStrong research skillsWorking knowledge of Google Workspace (Docs, Slides, Sheets)Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skillsAbility to think creatively with a desire to continue learning new skillsAbility to work effectively in dynamic, rapidly changing, team-based environmentNoodle Benefits:Work from the comfort of your home office!
