About the Position
The Revenue Operations Analyst will be responsible for overall revenue and growth visibility across the entire Veda organization to help us stay focused on data driven decision making. In this newly created role, you will aid in improved efficiency, revenue predictability, and help Veda achieve our overall vision of a future for healthcare where data isn’t a barrier. The RevOps Analyst will report to the Director, FP&A to adopt ownership of bookings, revenue, commissions, monthly re-forecasting process, and support sales operations as a cross functional business partner. Success in this role will require a service-oriented and well-organized analyst with a proven ability to use data and insights to influence and satisfy the needs of a diverse set of stakeholders. 


Core Responsibilities
  • Create and maintain key data sets across the Veda organization and implement policies that enable the creation of cross functional success metrics. 
  • Set standards for reports and set up automated reports and dashboards for ELT
  • Produce weekly sales pipeline analysis and business partner with Sales team to ensure accuracy of reporting within Salesforce
  • Partner with department leadership to define and refine data milestones (MQL,SQL, Sales pipeline stages, transition point from delivery to customer ops); Ensure metrics are produced efficiently and accurately as inputs into the financial model
  • Partner closely with our Sales, Customer, Marketing, and Technology leaders and their teams, developing yourself as subject matter expert in revenue operations at Veda
  • Partner with Demand Gen BDR to ensure data is flowing seamlessly throughout the organization to accurately monitor and report on the sales funnel from lead generation through to deal 
  • Represent Finance team in Deal desk process to ensure timeliness of proposals and contracting
  • Implement operational processes and procedures to ensure data accuracy and reporting
  • Own Business Intelligence, using data analysis and storytelling to generate business intelligence insights for the team.

  • Minimum Requirements:
  • 4+ years-experience in Business Operations, Revenue Operations and/or Financial analysis is required
  • 2+ years of experience as a contributing member of a Finance team in seed or early stage start up is required
  • Proficiency with Windows and GSuite (Excel, Word, Docs, Sheets)
  • Experience in analytics, territory modeling, TAM modeling, sales compensation plans, and quota modeling
  • Understanding of and ability to articulate trends in churn and expansion.
  • Experience with Salesforce as an admin or super user is highly desirable
  • Experience with cloud based financial forecasting tool is highly desirable
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher
