Key Responsibilities:

  1. Customer Interaction:

    • Handle inbound customer queries through voice calls or live chat in a professional and friendly manner.

    • Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude at all times.
  2. Issue Resolution:

    • Investigate and resolve customer complaints or technical issues related to products or services.
    • Offer appropriate solutions to address customer needs and escalate complex issues to the relevant departments when necessary.
    • Ensure all customer concerns are documented and followed up with until fully resolved.
  3. Product Knowledge:

    • Learn about the companys products or services in-depth to offer informed solutions.
    • Continuously update knowledge to stay current with any changes or updates to the offerings.
  4. Quality Standards:

    • Adhere to the companys service standards and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
    • Meet performance targets such as response time, first-call resolution, and customer feedback.
  5. Team Collaboration:

    • Work closely with team members and other departments to ensure an efficient workflow and improve customer service processes.
    • Participate in team meetings and contribute to process improvements or knowledge-sharing sessions.
  6. Data Management:

    • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints using the companys Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software.
    • Ensure all documentation is updated and complies with company policies.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Must be able to communicate clearly and effectively with customers.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills to handle customer concerns and provide solutions in a timely and effective manner.
  • Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changing customer needs and a dynamic work environment.
  • Patience: Patience and resilience in dealing with challenging customer interactions.
  • Attention to Detail: Ability to manage and document customer interactions with accuracy.
  • Basic Computer Knowledge: Proficient in using computers, navigating through multiple applications, and basic typing skills.
  • Educational Qualification: A high school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in communication or customer service are a plus.
  • Freshers: No prior experience required. Training will be provided.

Work Environment:
