Job description

Talvette is a tech-focused talent placement platform. We are searching for an experienced Technical Recruiter to join our growing team and provide our Talent with a stellar candidate experience. As a remote teammate in an early-stage company, you are self-motivated, ambitious, have strong and direct communication skills, are hardworking, and focused.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Source, screen, and evaluate candidates for technical roles across various industries.
  • Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified technical talent through various sourcing methods, including social media, direct outreach and hosting events.
  • Conduct initial candidate screenings and coordinate interview processes with clients.
  • Build and maintain relationships with both clients and candidates to understand their needs and provide exceptional service.
  • Manage and update candidate databases and applicant tracking systems.
  • Provide guidance and support to candidates throughout the hiring process, from initial contact to offer negotiation.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in HRM or CSE, or a related field.
  • Have at least 3 years of relevant work experience and have placed multiple talents in tech companies.
  • Must have worked in a tech company.
  • Must have a strong network of tech talent in Bangladesh.
  • Must have strong understanding of technical roles, skills, and technologies.
  • Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruiting tools is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Some travel may be required for community engagement and events.

Employment Structure

  • Work from home in Dhaka | Full-time and Contractual | BYOD (bring your own device) 
  • Salary: BDT 40,000 - 50,000 + uncapped placement bonus
  • Work Week: Sunday - Thursday. Saturday is a light working day
  • Work hours: 10 AM to 6 PM. We have flexible work hours
  • Benefits: Permanent employment after 3-6 months based on performance + 2 Festival bonuses after probation + Internet allowance
