WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:

Develop, maintain, and optimize high-performance C++ software solutions for top aerospace projects.
Collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams to design and implement new features and system enhancements.
Ensure code quality and compliance with modern C++ standards and aerospace safety requirements.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex software issues, ensuring system reliability.
Conduct code reviews and participate in knowledge-sharing sessions to drive team excellence.
Prepare technical documentation and reports to support project deliverables.
Communicate effectively with global teams and stakeholders in English.

WHAT WE EXPECT:

4+ years of hands-on C++ development, including expertise in modern C++ standards (C++11, C++14, C++17, or later).

Strong foundation in algorithms, data structures, and memory management.

Ability to write high-performance, resource-efficient code.

High level of spoken and written English for effective collaboration with international teams.

Experience in Agile/Scrum environments is an advantage.

Based in Lithuania or willing to relocate.

Salary ranges (for employees in Lithuania only): 3500 - 6500 € gross (the given range is flexible and depends on your experience).
