About the Role | Trianz is looking for a Support Engineer who handles IT Functions and assist with the procurement and inventory management of Laptop equipment and software. |
Job Responsibilities | - Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Laptop hardware and software issues.
- Install, configure, and maintain desktop operating systems ( Windows / MAC ) and applications ( Outlook, VDI, etc..)
- Participating in the development and maintenance of Active Directory group membership, User account rights, Monitoring Tools, and peripheral standards
- Set up and maintain user accounts and permissions.
- Respond to user inquiries and provide timely resolution to technical issues.
- Collaborate with other IT teams to resolve complex technical problems.
- Conduct regular maintenance and updates to ensure optimal performance of laptop systems.
- Assist with the procurement and inventory management of Laptop equipment and software.
- Document and maintain accurate records of support activities and resolutions.
- End-user support on all corporate platforms, including mobile devices
