What is this role all about?

As a Microsoft Entra ID Architect, you will play a critical role in designing, implementing, and maintaining identity and access solutions that leverage Microsoft Entra ID (formerly Azure Active Directory). Your expertise will help enhance secure access to applications, improve user experiences, and support the organization's identity governance strategy. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure scalable, compliant, and innovative solutions align with business goals.

What you should bring to the job position: 

• A deep understanding of Microsoft Entra ID (Azure Active Directory) architecture, configurations, and best practices.
• Knowledge of identity governance and administration (IGA) principles, access management, and secure authentication methods (e.g., MFA, SSO, Conditional Access).
• Strong ability to assess requirements, design solutions, and document workflows and technical processes.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive, collaborative mindset to work with diverse teams.
• A commitment to staying updated on the latest trends in identity and access management (IAM).

To stay at the forefront of technology, you will continuously update your knowledge on the latest Microsoft Entra developments. Collaborating closely with our cross-Nordic teams, you will act as an important part of our key offering community, contributing to the overall success of our projects.

Are you our next trust-maker?

To succeed in this role, you should have...

• Proven experience designing and implementing Microsoft Entra ID solutions in medium to large-scale environments

• Strong knowledge of implementing Conditional Access Policies to control access based on risk levels, device compliance, and user conditions

• Experience with Identity Governance solutions to enforce policies around access reviews, role-based access control (RBAC), and entitlements management

• Expertise in Identity Lifecycle Management, including automated provisioning and de-provisioning, user role management, and handling user access requests throughout their lifecycle

• Familiarity with Entra ID Sync/Connect and integration of third-party applications using OpenID Connect, SAML, and OAuth protocols

• Experience in aligning identity solutions with security and compliance standards (e.g., GDPR, ISO 27001)

• Preferred certifications: Microsoft Certified: Identity and Access Administrator Associate or equivalent
