Job description

Protofire is looking for a Project Manager/Product Owner to join our DAO, to lead the team, and successfully deliver web3 projects.

Required:

  • Leadership experience as PM, PO or Tech lead for 5+ years
  • Agile Methodologies knowledge
  • Proactive and willing to take ownership of the projects and the product vision
  • Outstanding communication level with clients and teams
  • DeFi Protocol experience or knowledge
  • Architect mindset
  • DevOps direct experience (Desirable), or good understanding
  • Experience leading engineering teams in blockchain, crypto, or Web3 (Desirable)
  • Previous experience working as a developer
  • Good understanding of the roles of frontend (React) and Backend (NextJS, Rust, Go, Python), BA, QA, DevOps, PO, etc. Able to have deep tech discussions if necessary.
  • Experience working with containerization like Docker
  • A passion for decentralized, peer-to-peer systems and Web3 technologies

Bonus experience:

  • Wallets multisig
  • Business and customer-oriented mindset
  • Finance knowledge
  • Solidity
  • Familiarity with Non-EVM networks (big bonus)
