This position takes inbound customer service calls from potential and current Legal Shield customers. Legal Shield offers their customers the ability to talk to an attorney on any legal matter, at any time, and without worrying about high hourly costs. You will speak directly with potential and current members regarding questions about their billing/payment, services offered, and any other issues they may have.
