Job description

This position takes inbound customer service calls from potential and current Legal Shield customers. Legal Shield offers their customers the ability to talk to an attorney on any legal matter, at any time, and without worrying about high hourly costs. You will speak directly with potential and current members regarding questions about their billing/payment, services offered, and any other issues they may have.

SHIFTS:

Full-Time Shift - Option #1

  • Shift - Thursday - Monday - 12:30 am - 9:00 am

Full-Time Shift - Option #2

  • Shift - Tuesday/Wednesday - 12:30 am - 9:00 am
  • Shift - Friday - Sunday - 4:30 pm - 1:00 am

Part-Time Shift

  • Sat/Sun - 8:30 am - 5:00 pm

Requirements

  • 1-2+ years of customer service experience
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to respect and maintain customer and client confidentiality
  • Intermediate to advanced computer skills
  • Background check required

Required Equipment

  • A laptop or desktop PC (cannot be an Apple product, Surface or Chromebook) with Windows 10
  • Ability Hardwire (plug-in) to your internet source with an ethernet cable
  • USB headset (not wireless) with a noise-canceling microphone
  • Webcam (external or embedded)
