Job description

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Outside Sales Representative to join our team at Wholesale Payments. This is a full-time, remote position focused on driving new business growth and developing long-lasting client relationships. The successful candidate will conduct sales presentations, provide exceptional customer service, and identify new business opportunities on a daily basis. This role requires a high degree of self-motivation, independence, and the ability to effectively engage with clients across diverse industries.

Requirements

  • Conduct professional sales presentations to potential clients, highlighting the benefits and features of Wholesale Payments' products and services.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Identify and generate new business opportunities through prospecting, lead generation, and networking.
  • Understand clients’ business needs and provide tailored solutions to meet those needs.
  • Communicate effectively with clients to ensure exceptional customer service and timely resolution of any issues or concerns.
  • Maintain a solid understanding of the company's product offerings and industry trends to effectively educate and sell to potential clients.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets and performance goals.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and implementation of services for new clients.
  • Provide regular updates to management on sales activities, pipeline status, and market trends.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in outside sales, business development, or a related field.
  • Strong presentation and relationship-building skills with the ability to engage clients effectively.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented, with the ability to work independently and remotely.
  • Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to manage a sales pipeline and meet/exceed sales targets.
  • High level of organization and time management skills.
  • Proficient with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to travel as needed for client meetings and industry events.
