Job description

POSITION DUTIES: Responsible for the creation of tests to identify issues with software to ensure the quality of our applications; partner with other engineers and the development team to design and implement tests٫ debug and define corrective actions٫ review system requirements and track quality assurance metrics (e.g. defect densities and open defect counts); analyze functional requirements to design, implement and execute test cases and test automation; execute functional, regression test cases, and  prepare test data within a 2-week sprint; collaborate and communicate with the team and management regarding test status, project progress and issue resolution; attend and contribute to agile ceremonies including standups, refinements, retrospectives, sprint planning and production Go/No Go decisions.

 

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree (U.S. or foreign equivalent) in Computer Science or a related field; five (5) years experience working in Agile teams;  three (3) years experience testing web applications, ELT testing, API’s, UI testing, and Automated testing; three (3) years experience with Selenium; fluency in SQL; knowledge of CI/CD process for code deployment; experience in the architecture and creation of automation frameworks, test harnesses and/or QA focused tools; experience working with product managers, developers in a fast-paced environment. Minimal travel to the office in Nashville, TN required.

WORK LOCATION: 401 Commerce Street, Suite 920, Nashville, TN 37219. May work remotely from home office anywhere in the U.S.  Minimal travel to corporate office in Nashville, TN required.
