Job description

As a Field Implementation Consultant, you’ll be at the forefront of our customer experience, providing on-site support, training, and technical assistance. You’ll help our clients go live seamlessly, ensure their success, and promote our brand in Belgium—all while working on exciting projects to improve our processes and services.

What You’ll Do:

  • Travel to customer locations and oversee the installation of POS systems.
  • Provide on-site training for staff and business owners to ensure smooth onboarding.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, including networking devices and system integrations.
  • Collaborate with the Field Sales team and internal departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Represent Lightspeed as an ambassador, ensuring customer success from start to finish.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience in the hospitality industry (restaurants, hotels, etc.) with a customer-first mentality.
  • A knack for troubleshooting and resolving technical issues efficiently.
  • Fluency in Dutch and French (required for customer interactions).
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects.
  • A self-starter who is motivated and keen to learn.

Bonus Points For:

  • Passion for technology and innovation.
  • Experience with POS systems, SaaS, or hardware installation.
  • Knowledge of networking fundamentals.
