Job Title: Enterprise Account Director

 

Location: Remote within France

The Opportunity 

Position Overview: The Enterprise Account Director at Tridge drives revenue growth and strategic direction for the sales team. This role involves hands-on leadership in coaching Account Executives (AEs), developing sales strategies, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to secure and expand enterprise-level deals. Leveraging a deep understanding of Tridge’s products, the Enterprise Account Director designs and proposes tailored solutions to meet the unique needs of large-scale clients. Additionally, the role includes managing and mentoring a high-performing team of AEs and Business Development Representatives (BDRs) to foster a culture of success and consistently exceed sales targets.

  • Enterprise Deal Engagement: Directly participate in high-value enterprise deals, leading negotiations, building relationships with key decision-makers, and providing expert guidance to AEs to ensure successful closures. Create highly customized offerings that address the specific needs and challenges of the enterprise, equiring collaboration with internal teams.
  • Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve ambitious revenue targets with a strong emphasis on securing enterprise accounts. Analyze market trends, identify key opportunities within the enterprise segment, and refine sales tactics to optimize performance.
  • Strategic Alignment with HQ: Maintain regular communication with headquarters, providing updates on regional sales performance, with a focus on account acquisition and growth. Discuss strategic initiatives and address company-wide issues related to enterprise sales. 
  • Team Leadership & Development: Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of AEs and BDRs, providing guidance, support, and coaching to maximize individual and team performance, particularly in navigating complex enterprise sales cycles. Conduct regular performance reviews, identify areas for improvement, and celebrate successes.
  • Performance Management: Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, with a focus on enterprise deal conversion rates and revenue generation. Identify trends and implement data-driven strategies to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Pipeline Management: Oversee the sales pipeline, ensuring a healthy flow of qualified leads and opportunities, particularly within the enterprise segment. Conduct regular pipeline reviews with the team to identify and address potential roadblocks in closing enterprise deals.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Account Management teams to develop customized solutions for enterprise clients, ensure seamless customer experiences, and drive product improvements based on their feedback.

 

What you need to succeed (Main requirements)

  • 12+ years of experience in roles such as Business Development, Account Executive, Enterprise Account Executive, or Strategic Sales within SaaS, Tech, platform, or data intelligence industries.
  • Proven success in building and managing relationships with enterprise-level clients, delivering tailored solutions, and consistently exceeding sales targets.
  • Demonstrated expertise in designing and presenting complex proposals to enterprise clients, leading to the closure of large-scale and strategic deals.
  • Comfortable conducting face-to-face meetings and on-site visits with prospects to foster trust and deepen engagement.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with a strong ability to influence and engage with C-level executives and decision-makers.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a strategic mindset to address client needs and business challenges effectively.

 

Great to Haves (Other skills that could be transferable or relatable)

  • 2+ years of experience leading a sales or business development team is a plus.
  • Tech-savvy, with proficiency in CRM systems, sales intelligence platforms, and data analytics tools. Adept at leveraging technology to enhance sales processes and performance.
