Job description

As Client Onboarding Specialist, you will oversee the deployment of our platform for new clients, ensuring seamless implementation, effective training, and a positive user experience. You will manage multiple projects simultaneously, providing technical and strategic guidance to help clients successfully adopt our solution.

What you'll do: 

  • Project Implementation:
    • Lead the end-to-end implementation process for new college and university clients, from contract signing to product launch.
    • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients during implementation, ensuring their needs are met and challenges are addressed promptly.
    • Collaborate with internal teams—Sales, Product, and Support—to align on project goals and resolve escalations.
    • Continuously evaluate and improve the implementation process to enhance efficiency and client satisfaction.
  • Client Training & Support:

    • Conduct virtual training sessions tailored to client needs, equipping them with the knowledge to use the platform effectively.
    • Provide proactive guidance on best practices and identify opportunities to maximize client adoption of platform features.
    • Create and update user documentation, templates, and resources to support a self-service approach when appropriate.
  • Project Management:

    • Manage 10–14 week implementation timelines for multiple clients (5–16 simultaneously), tracking milestones and deliverables to ensure on-time project completion.
    • Adapt to shifting priorities and client requirements, maintaining focus on delivering exceptional results.
What you'll need: 
  • 2+ years in SaaS, IT or related fields 
  • Bachelor’s degree with equivalent experience.
  • Familiarity with data analytics and configuration
  • Nice to have, Experience in higher education admissions, recruiting, or marketing
  • Exceptionally organized, detail-oriented, logical, and analytical
  • Proven ability to manage multiple implementation projects in parallel, preferably in the software industry
  • Confidence in teaching and supporting clients on data configuration and analytics
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication to foster trust and guide clients effectively
  • Ability to anticipate challenges and proactively find solutions that enhance the client experience
  • Passion for helping clients succeed, ensuring they extract maximum value from our platform
