The Senior Product Manager, Growth position will report to the Director of Product, Growth & Expansion.

As the Senior Product Manager, Growth, you will:

  • Play a critical role in shaping and executing our customer acquisition strategy.
  • Acquire new customers through iterative improvements to the funnel.
  • Manage an experimentation roadmap to validate hypotheses and scale learnings.
  • Design and execute experiments to increase click-through and conversion rates.
  • Partner with marketing, engineering, design, and analytics teams to align growth experiments with broader goals.
  • Present findings, insights, and recommendations clearly to stakeholders, ensuring alignment and transparency.

This is a high-impact, high-visibility role, ideal for someone passionate about data-driven decision-making and customer-focused solutions.

About You:

  • 7+ years of experience in Product Management or Growth.
  • Demonstrated success in optimizing acquisition funnels through rigorous experimentation. The results you delivered increased qualified lead volume by double-digits YOY.
  • Proven track record of using data to inform strategies and measure performance.
  • Results-driven mindset with exceptional prioritization and execution skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to effectively lead cross-functional teams.
  • Familiarity with tools like Optimizely, Looker or Amplitude.

Even Better:

  • Understanding of marketing attribution models and Martech platforms.
  • Familiarity with ETL processes and data governance principles.
  • Funnel optimization experience in the Fintech space.
  • Exposure to generative AI or predictive analytics in a growth context.

  • This role will be based in the San Francisco Bay Area.
  • While you’ll enjoy the flexibility of remote work, we also love to see our Earnies face-to-face. We ask you to join us at our Oakland for 3 consecutive days a month for team collaboration and some fun. It's a chance to connect, share ideas, and maybe even grab some coffee together.

A little about our pay philosophy: We take pride in compensating our employees fairly and equitably. We are showcasing a range of your potential base salary. The successful candidate’s starting pay will also be determined based on job-related qualifications, internal compensation, and budget. This range may be modified in the future.

Pay Range
$175,000$198,000 USD
