We are seeking an experienced Principal Solutions Architect to join our growing team! As a trusted technical leader, you will work at the intersection of business and technology, partnering with customers, internal teams, and external stakeholders to design and deliver innovative solutions. Your expertise will drive the successful implementation of scalable architectures that solve complex business challenges while maximizing the value of our products and services.

🔍 Solution Design and Architecture
Lead the design, development, and delivery of end-to-end technical solutions tailored to customer needs.
Translate complex business requirements into scalable, maintainable architectures.
Provide guidance on system integration, cloud adoption, and enterprise architecture best practices.
🤝 Customer Engagement and Advocacy
Serve as a trusted advisor to customers, understanding their business goals and technical challenges.
Present solutions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, ensuring alignment and buy-in.
Act as the "Voice of the Customer" to influence product roadmap and improvements.
🚀 Technical Leadership
Drive innovation by identifying and recommending cutting-edge technologies, tools, and processes.
Mentor and collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, product, and sales.
Oversee solution delivery, ensuring projects are executed on time and meet quality standards.
🛠️ Implementation and Support
Provide hands-on technical expertise during pre-sales, implementation, and post-deployment phases.
Collaborate with engineering teams to resolve complex technical issues, including API integrations and debugging.
Ensure solutions are scalable, secure, and optimized for performance.
📌 Experience and Skills
Experienced in solutions architecture, technical consulting, or a similar role.
Deep expertise in system design, cloud architecture (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP), and enterprise integration.
Strong technical skills, including experience with APIs, microservices, and data architectures.
Ability to review and debug code (e.g., JSON, Python, JavaScript, or similar languages).
Proven track record of managing multi-million-dollar enterprise accounts and delivering exceptional customer outcomes.
